Bio-Bridge Science (Beijing) Co. Ltd. (“BBS Beijing”) is a Wholly-Foreign Owned Enterprise of Bio-Bridge Science, Inc., located in the People’s Republic of China.

BBS Beijing consists of The Company’s GMP-compliant research and development facility near the Beijing Capital International Airport. BBS Beijing’s facility provides a high quality research and production environment for the Company’s vaccine products as well as for pre-clinical and clinical trials. This facility consists of an area of 2,200 square meters, which includes, 815 meters of clean air rooms, and state-of-the-art equipment for our vaccine production. BBS Beijing is currently producing our HIV vaccine and will apply to Chinese State Food and Drug Administration for approval to conduct a clinical trial. BBS Beijing plans to produce our colon cancer vaccine and HPV vaccine in 2010 for preclinical testing. BBS Beijing is also providing technical support to our other subsidiaries to develop new products.
